“FACCIAMO un PATTO”
…per l’uomo, l’ambiente, il territorio

We strongly believe in 'organic and biodynamic or otherwise follow disciplinary bans "synthetic chemicals". An agriculture that favors natural biodiversity, farmers and ranchers, the least possible environmental impact, which protects the traditional agricultural landscape and discourages the "intensive monoculture." We are clearly opposed to any form of intensive agriculture that is harmful to the environment and the salute, energeticamente inefficiente e lontana da ogni cultura della sostenibilità.
Crediamo molto nei “cammini condivisi”, costruiti attraverso la partecipazione e il coinvolgimento di tutti. Diffidiamo delle iniziative calate dall’alto senza il giusto coinvolgimento di chi vive nel territorio.
Crediamo molto nel “fare rete”, nel continuo scambio di informazioni e conoscenze, nel dar vita a luoghi (reali e virtuali), occasioni e situazioni di condivisione e costruzione volti a creare consapevolezza e diffondere conoscenza. Siamo convinti che la responsabilità per la tutela dell’ambiente e della salute vada condivisa e costruita insieme a chi produce e chi consuma.
Vogliamo disseminate information and promote training, including high-profile professional. We need to keep minds and theoretical and practical knowledge related to our territories, and then invest in intellectual work.
We believe in building a relationship of trust, direct knowledge, a constant sharing between farmers (and any associations that represent them) and customers (or consisting of citizens in their own or in association GAS), an interaction that allows progress, a better for all those who undertake this journey.
We believe in a sustainable economy, pursuing the "welfare" of the first farmers who undertake to respect l’ambiente e nella produzione salubre, riconoscendo a loro il giusto prezzo per il loro lavoro, eliminando ogni forma di speculazione della filiera intermedia e quindi favorendo principalmente il rapporto diretto produttore-consumatore.
Crediamo sia fondamentale che elementi importantissimi quali: biologico, km zero, biodiversità, produzioni locali sino legati gli uni agli altri.. presi singolarmente hanno un peso e un senso decisamente inferiore (e a volte addirittura deleterio)
Crediamo che per cercare di conseguire questi obiettivi sia importante che venga stipulato:
“UN PATTO”
Che non è assolutamente statico e immutabile, ma che va costruito, aggiornato, integrato, da parte di tutti coloro who share it and materialize every day

Members of (companies, small producers, auto manufacturers, citizens) are engaged
1. to produce in a certified organic or otherwise, without the use of substances not allowed in organic farming
2. to support the local market by promoting its products primarily in the private citizen or buying groups and possibly in the economic sectors in which resale is directed exclusively to the final consumer (retailers, restaurants in general, canteens, etc. .. ..)
3. to support biodiversity farmers and ranchers using local plant varieties and animal breeds
4. to protect the rich landscape and ensure public access to campaign
5. to ask for their products a fair price, taking into account their needs and those who buy
6. to provide citizens with information (both theoretical and practical) in respect of its production methods and the "world of organic and supporting, where possible, the multifunctional activities (educational farm, social, rural tourism)
7. to consider the possibility of making discounts to those who will support their initiatives organic
citizens undertake
8. to buy certified organic products or other products without the use of chemicals not permitted in organic farming, preferably from companies that have signed the pact
9. to focus on seasonal and local products
10. to support biodiversity farmers and ranchers favoring local plant varieties and animal breeds
11. to recognize the producers a fair price for their products, taking into account the expertise, time and passion
12. to make available to other participants in the "Covenant" their knowledge, skills, knowledge
Others who subscribe to and support "Covenant" (supporters of the pact)
Whoever wants to support the goals of this "pact" (institutions, associations, committees, individuals ..) is committed to providing their knowledge and skills in order to achieve results of the "covenant" itself, the dissemination of knowledge, content and purpose
There are periodic meetings to evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and activities to promote
