The
Aquila came to Rome twice in the last three weeks they should be heard by the government. The last event of July 7 was attended by between three and four thousand people. What the earthquake are essentially asking two things: the return of 40% of the taxes suspended in ten years instead of 100% in five, as provided by Finance, and an organic law, which would also provide tax purposes, to have time certain reconstruction, nothing more than what has been done in Italy for all other earthquakes.
According to data released July 6 by the emergency management structure (SGE), the population is composed assisted after the earthquake da più di 54.000 persone. Tante sono le persone che, nei 57 comuni colpiti dal sisma del 6 aprile 2009, non abitano più nelle proprie case. Di questi circa 15.000 sono attualmente alloggiati nelle abitazioni del piano C.A.S.E. (Complessi Antisismici Sostenibili Ecocompatibili) e nei Moduli abitativi provvisori (Map).
Queste nuove costruzioni sono state inserite all’interno di 19 nuovi quartieri realizzati dal nulla, quelle new town annunciate dal Presidente del Consiglio, Silvio Berlusconi, il giorno dopo il terremoto. Tutti gli altri sono in affitto in altre abitazioni, o sono ancora ospitati negli alberghi, questi ultimi sono più di tremila secondo il rapporto Seg.
I dati forniti dalla Protezione Civile nel marzo 2010 tell us that the private buildings completely unusable (classification E and F) in the territory affected by the earthquake are 32.1% of the total, about 22,800 to 71,302 buildings. These are then added to public buildings and cultural heritage. Only in Aquila 12,707 buildings are completely unusable. Added to these are those classified as B and C that have minor damage, but have not yet been restored.
the construction of 19 new districts, is not following the reconstruction of the city and now live on the margins of areas damaged by the quake left essentially to themselves. Many earthquakes have believed in the work of the Government, but as stated by the Mayor of L'Aquila, Massimo Cialente: «L’anno scorso, in questi giorni, a L’Aquila c’erano Carla Bruni e Michelle Obama e la città sembrava il cuore d’Italia. Un anno dopo siamo qui a prendere botte». Sembra il brutto risveglio da un sogno, sta al Governo dimostrare il contrario.
