According to the law Brunetta the horizontal progression of civil servants (that is, those steps would have to bear dopo un tot di anni e che consentono di prendere 10/20 o 30 euro a mese in più a seconda dei livelli su stipendi medi di circa 1000 euro ) sarebbero spettati solo in base al merito del dipendente.

Bene. Nella pubblica amminsitrazione dove lavoro dopo un iter procedurale assurdo
durante il quale sono stati dati voti ai vari dipendenti lesinando sui mezzi punti in più e in meno da parte di dirigenti più o meno zelanti ed inflessibili , determinando una triste guerra tra poveri è finita così: sono passate alcune persone ed altre no ...ma udite udite ...sono passati quelli che più che un premio avrebbero meritato una fucilata proprio quelli che Brunetta (buono anche lui) definisce I call them lazy fancazzisti.
